At the heart of the Crumbles menu, each crumble is built to order in four steps: first choose your fruits (apple cinnamon, pear chocolate, rhubarb strawberry or lemon basil), then your base, classic or oat. Next come the toppings — vanilla custard, chantilly, salted butter caramel or chocolate sauce (+€0.50) — and finally the crumblings: meringue, pistachio, hazelnut, almond or pink praline (+€0.50). Around a hundred possible combinations, from €6.50.
Alongside the build-your-own crumble, the menu showcases the house signatures: Arnaud's crème brûlée crumble, the torched lemon meringue and the seasonal peach-thyme edition. Everything is 100% homemade: compote cooked to order, shortcrust rolled by hand, custard churned every morning, French seasonal fruits and organic flour from the Île-de-France region.
Crumbles is also a coffee shop in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The drinks menu relies on Tanat specialty coffee, a Paris roaster: espresso at €2, cappuccino and flat white at €4.50, latte at €5.50. Indulgent lattes come as matcha latte (€6.50), ube latte (€6) and chai latte (€6), while the hot chocolate is made with PLAQ, a Paris chocolate maker (€5).
To go with a crumble or for a break at the counter, the menu also offers organic teas and infusions (€5), homemade cold drinks and a selection of soft drinks — fruit juice, lemonade, ginger beer — at €4. A short, readable menu, designed for consistent execution from the Tanat bean to the milk foam.
The menu is served at 3 rue Pierre Fontaine, in the SoPi area, a few minutes from the Pigalle, Blanche and Saint-Georges metro stations. Everything is also available to take away, for a sweet break between two appointments or before heading up to Montmartre. Crumbles also runs services on the events page (platters, mobile bar, weddings, client gifts). For opening hours and directions, see the contact page.
